What is Resistant Dextrin?

Natural Soluble Fiber, Gentle Care

Resistant dextrin is a low-molecular-weight water-soluble dietary fiber produced through partial hydrolysis, polymerization, and separation processes using non-GMO natural corn starch as raw material. It is a low-calorie water-soluble dietary fiber obtained through industrial extraction and refinement of indigestible components from baked dextrin.

The dietary fiber content of resistant dextrin can reach 82% or higher, belonging to the soluble dietary fiber category. It appears as a white to light yellow powder, slightly sweet and tasteless, with excellent water solubility. A 10% aqueous solution appears transparent or pale yellow with a pH value of 4.0-6.0.

Unlike artificial additives, resistant dextrin provides natural dietary fiber benefits with excellent processing stability, making it perfect for clean label formulations that consumers trust and prefer.
